Organizing a craft fair, school fundraiser, or community sale? Put every seller on one page. Shoppers browse before they come, buy on their phone, and pick up from the person who made it.
If you've ever assigned tables, you can run this.
Every vendor's work on one page, weeks before the doors open. Shoppers arrive with a list instead of wandering.
Families list and sell their own things. Set a share for the school and it comes back to you automatically.
Rummage sales, bazaars, and holiday markets. Everyone brings their own things and keeps track of their own sales.
One address, several households. Buyers see everything on the block in one place instead of driving street to street.
This is the part organizers worry about most, so it's worth being plain about. When someone buys from a seller at your event:
Five steps, and only the first two need doing before you invite anyone.
Name, address, and the hours you're open. Add a description and a banner image so the page looks like your event and not a form. You can decide whether shoppers can order ahead of the day, only on the day, or both.
Turn on "invite other sellers" and decide your share โ anywhere from nothing to half of what sells. You'll be asked to confirm, because it changes how the event works. That's when your invite link is created.
One link, and only people you send it to can use it. Email it to your vendor list, post it in the group chat, or print the seller flyer โ a poster and a stack of handouts with a QR code, ready for a noticeboard or a bulletin.
They see your terms first, then join in a tap. Nothing of theirs is added to your event until they choose it, item by item โ so nobody accidentally puts their car in the school fundraiser. You'll get a note each time someone joins, and you can see who's in at any time.
Shoppers who ordered ahead come and collect. Walk-ups scan a code and buy on their phone. Sellers who stay hand over at their own spot, and a volunteer at your drop-off table hands over anything left with you. Everyone is paid for what they sold, and your share is already accounted for.
Both are normal. Pick the one that matches why you're running this.
You're bringing people together, not running a business. Sellers keep everything they earn. Set your share to zero and it's never mentioned to them again.
Up to half of what each seller sells at your event, to cover the hall, the tables, the permit โ or to raise money for the cause. It's a share of each sale, not a donation. It comes out of the seller's side, and buyers never see it.
Sellers agree to your share before they join, and it can't change under them afterward. If you adjust it later, the new number only applies to people who join from then on.
Worth knowing, because you're the one who has to sell them on it.
Their listings, their prices, their photos. Being at your event doesn't hand any of it over, and it's all still theirs when the event ends.
They start with nothing in your event and add what they're actually bringing. What they leave out stays available the way it always was.
Card payments go to them directly. Card payments are switched on when they join. To be paid out, they add a bank account, which takes a few minutes.
A reminder the day before, and a message right away if you change the details or call it off. You don't have to be the phone tree.
The same tools, walked through the way each one actually runs.
Families sell what their kids have outgrown, and a share of every sale goes to the school.
Rummage sales and holiday bazaars, without the week of sorting and pricing donations.
Put your whole vendor roster on one page shoppers can browse before they drive out.
Let customers reserve from your growers and makers midweek, then collect on market day.
One address for the whole block, so buyers stop driving street to street.
No. Your invite link works for someone who's never heard of us โ they can read your terms before creating anything. anySKU is invite-only right now, but a seller you invite to your event skips the waitlist and can get set up the same day.
No. Joining takes your invite link, so only people you send it to can sell at your event. Shoppers are separate โ you decide whether the event shows up in search or is link-only.
Stop accepting sellers at any time and the link stops working for anyone new. Everyone who already joined stays in โ pulling the link never drops sellers who are counting on being there.
Yes. You're a seller at your event like anyone else, and you don't take a share from yourself. Everything you have for sale starts included, and you can turn off anything you're not bringing.
Yes. Sellers can mark sold orders to leave with you and drop them off. There's nothing to set up: your drop-off table starts working the first time you take something in, and sellers waiting to drop off are told it's open. A volunteer checks each item in, and at pickup scans the buyer's code to hand over everything they bought, from every seller, in one stop. If something can't be found, you can mark it and the seller is told.
You set the terms, send the invite link and flyers, stop accepting new sellers, give sellers a spot, and run the drop-off table. Each seller's listings, prices and messages with buyers stay their own, and you can't remove a seller once they've joined.
Everyone who joined is told right away โ that one counts as important enough that we send it whatever their other notification settings are. Items sellers also offer for meetups stay available. Items offered only at events are hidden until the seller joins another event or turns meetups on for them. Orders that aren't collected are cancelled about a day after the event, and the buyer isn't charged.
Not on an event with several sellers. A discount comes out of the seller's own pocket, so it isn't ours to set on their behalf โ each of them prices their own things. Event-wide discounts are for single-seller sales, like your own yard sale.
They sell at one event at a time, so buyers only ever have one place to collect from. They can sign up for several in advance and switch between them. If they're running their own sale, that one comes first until it's over.
Join the waitlist and bring your sellers with you.
Create it from your listings page, then send the link to your sellers.
